Preheat oven to 350˚F. Mix 1 part powder glaze with 3 parts water. Whisk until dissolved. Place the desired number of thawed rolls on a clean, dry baking sheet. To prevent sticking, you may want to use parchment paper. Don’t worry about proper spacing; the rolls can be touching or spaced apart. Using a pastry brush, coat the top of each roll with a thin layer of the glaze. Lightly sprinkle the desired amount of the enclosed pretzel salt and caraway seed mix over the top of each roll. Press the mixture down after sprinkling to secure it to the glaze. Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for 2 minutes (or longer if you prefer a crisp crust). Baking can be done up to an hour before serving or immediately before serving if you’d prefer to serve warm rolls.
