Fast speedy service. Everything stayed frozen with 2 day shipping. Even with outside temps in the '90's.

It is great to finally have food from back home. Sahlens were always a staple at our house. Now we can have our Western New York Reunion out here in Pahrump, NV. There are many of us who live out here now, but originally came from the Western New York area. The package arrived on time. One package was frozen and the second was partially thawed. I would suggest that more dry ice be used, so that both could have remained at the same temp, but we also need to watch when we order, so that it is not when the temperature is 110-115. I KNOW HOW HOT IT SOUNDS, but you have to believe that with 5% humidity it is great.

I was disappointed because I thought they were natural casings. There wasn't that snap I love
