These pizzas are huge and delicious! I noticed one comment saying not enough sauce, visually I might agree, but it packs a nice saucy kick. Love these!

This is the real thing! After many attempts to enjoy the Chicago pizza of our dreams outside Chicago—thick, crunchy outside crust with slightly salty finish, generous tub of creamy but not overly stringy cheese, tangy and assertive but not overwhelming sauce—Bartolini's did it for us. Sound like I'm describing a fine wine?I 'm not embarrassed because we've been seeking this pizza nostalgia trip for decades and have finally found it. The pies survive freezing well and also reheat acceptably. Thank you, Bartolini Bros --we'll be back.

One star goes to FoodyDirect for their delivery service; the pizzas arrived on time as promised. However, the remaining stars are for the Bartolini’s deep-dish pizzas; they were tasty. The overall build of each pizza was nice; they were oozing with cheese, their crusts were flavorfully thick/soft/crunchy, and the tomato sauce was just right (it didn’t taste acidic or too sweet). Only wished that the pizza with the spinach had more spinach; it was really lacking in that topping (especially for it to be a spinach pizza). But, the meatball and the sausage pizzas were really good.

Have been looking for an excellent deep dish since I left Chicago, and this was it! Ordered three different deep dish as well as two thin crust and all where a big hit. Ordered for my wife's family in Water Mill NY and everyone loved them. I live in Flat Rock, NC and will reorder for my self as soon as we return!

Pizzas can be stored in your refrigerator for 2-3 days after arrival, or can be frozen for up to 2 months. If frozen, be sure to move pizza to the refrigerator the day before baking, so it can defrost fully overnight.
Thaw your pizza overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all packaging and place the pizza on a cookie sheet or Pizza Stone. Bake fully thawed pizza about 35-45 minutes, or until the crust is a nice golden brown and pizza is hot throughout.
