I've tried a good amount of gluten-free meatballs since being diagnosed with Celiacs, mainly the kind you can sometimes find in your local grocery store or wholesale club. These meatballs put all others to shame. These have a real Italian flavor and they are very moist yet do not fall apart. I will definitely buy these again. The Red Gravy is also very good. It has a little bit of a kick, so it might not appeal to everyone. I still add some extra sauce from a favorite brand.

Storage & Care:

Meatballs can be stored in your refrigerator for 4 to 5 days after arrival, or can be frozen for up to 2 months. Store French rolls at room temperature if using within 2 days, otherwise store in your freezer. If you freeze the meatballs, defrost in your refrigerator overnight.

Preparation:

Meatballs (Thawed): Remove Plastic Film from tray, transfer meatballs and red gravy into an over-safe casserole or baking dish with cover or foil and bake in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
