As a native New Yorker living in Texas I had all but given up on having fabulous pizza. These pizzas look phenomenal in the ad but I was hesitant to spend so much for pizza. Bottom line, this pizza is addictive. I always thought Chicago pizza was deepdish and New York thin crust. This Chicago thin crust pizza is as good as it gets. Everything about it is perfect.

I think this is my 4th or 5th review of these totally awesome pizzas!!!!! Is anyone else buying and enjoying them!!!! We are Chicagoans living in Utah and need our Chicago pizza fix...the thin crust sausage and shroom, and sausage, shroom, green pepper, onion are the total bomb....also, get some Vienna hot giardinara to go with it.....Absolute heaven!!!!! Hey Bartolini’s brothers, for the amount of orders and great reviews, can you throw in a free ZA next time? LOL....Great product!!!!

I've ordered the thin crust 4-pack at least three times. I've enjoyed several of the different varieties, but I always get two meatball and mix up the other two selections. I followed the cooking directions the first time, but I had to adjust the cooking time for my oven. Packaging is a pet peeve for me. The packaging is impeccable. The pizzas are individually shrink wrapped and stacked and separated by cardboard and the cold pack product. The pizzas are shipped in a foam box inside of a cardboard shipping box. I've ordered these pizzas during warm weather and they arrived on time and in great condition. I'm a big fan of the Bartolini's thin crust pizza 4-pack.

I think this is my 4th review....take it from a Utah transplant from Chicago who knows her pizza.....please try the thin crust sausage and shroom, sausage, green peppers, shrooms, onion....soooooo good!!! I usually have some Vienna hot giardinara alongside....takes me back to Chi-town!!!!!!!

I've been following Bartolini's for year's now and when I saw the offer for direct shipping I thought what better way to get some or drive 9 hours so I ordered the thin crust pizza package. They were shipped fast and the packaging was done correctly all I had to do was transfer to the freezer and leave one out and place in fridge to cook up the next day. The hard choice was the Sausage, pepperoni, mushroom. I will cut to the chase and described the first pizza. What makes up the foundation of a great pizza is the crust, and Bartolini's nailed it. The toppings were freash and delicious, the flavors of the meats along with the sauce say one thing "I want another piece". Don't worry about the cheese, plenty of it and it's done correct. Great Job
We finally found a thin crust pizza from Chicago.....we used to get Vito and Nicks, but they stopped their frozen pizza shipping....but Bartolini's is equally terrific!!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Totally awesome! We're from Chi-town, and my sister in law had sent us some of the Bartolini's thin crust pizzas...OMG! It's like we were back home...highly recommended!!!! If you like a little heat, get the thin crust sausage and hot giardinara....
Excellent! ! Very fresh, only thing I would recommend is to freeze them when you get them if you are using them in a couple of days. Juices seem to settle!! Delicious!!! Highly recommend

Pizzas can be stored in your refrigerator for 2-3 days after arrival, or can be frozen for up to 2 months. If frozen, be sure to move pizza to the refrigerator the day before baking, so it can defrost fully overnight.
Thaw your pizza overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove all packaging and place the pizza on a cookie sheet or Pizza Stone.
Bake fully thawed pizza about 12-14 minutes, or until the Cheese is a nice golden brown and pizza is hot throughout.
