About the Meatballs - Bartolini’s creates their amazing meatballs with a blend of beef and pork, just the right seasoning, and douses them with their signature “Red Gravy”. These are the meatballs that put brother Christopher and Dominic Bartolini on Chicago’s culinary map.

About the Beef - Bartolini’s Chicago-style Italian Beef is slow roasted from choice inside rounds that are perfectly seasoned with a proprietary seasoning blend, the juices are then reduced to create a delicious natural gravy. The Beef is cooked to medium doneness and then allowed to rest before being sliced nice and thin for easy heating in natural gravy.

About the Sausage - Barolini’s Italian Sausage Links are prepared from the finest pork butts seasoned with black pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, crushed fennel seed and crushed red pepper. The links are fully cooked and are 7 inches in length. Bartolini’s recommends finishing the links on the grill for a nice char flavor, or heat directly in their natural gravy.

Storage & Care:

Meatballs can be stored in your refrigerator for 4 to 5 days after arrival, or can be frozen for up to 2 months. Store French rolls at room temperature if using within 2 days, otherwise store in your freezer. If you freeze the meatballs, defrost in your refrigerator overnight.

Preparation:

Meatballs (Thawed): Remove Plastic Film from tray, transfer meatballs and red gravy into an over-safe casserole or baking dish with cover or foil and bake in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes. <br> Beef (Thawed): Bring Juice to a Boil. Add Beef to Hot Juice, Stir for about 20-30 seconds max as not to over Cook the Beef. <br> Sausage (Thawed): Bring to a Boil in the Juice and simmer for 10-12 minutes. For added flavor-Cook on Hot BBQ Grill for 8-10 Minutes to achieve a nice char on the sausage.
