Heaping mounds of all of our World Championship Barbecue, prepared with methods honed in the Big Bob Gibson pitroom for over 90 years. Our barbecue is cooked low & slow in authentic brick pits and smoked to perfection with seasoned hickory wood.

The Big Bob Gibson Pitroom BBQ Feast includes:

  • 1 Rack of St. Louis Spare Ribs - seasoned with our time-tested Dry Rub & Seasoning blend and slow smoked to perfection over hickory wood
  • 1 pound Pulled Pork - 10 World Championships at Memphis In May, slow-smoked perfection
  • 1 pound Beef Brisket – Cut from the heart of a 14-pound brisket, moist and tender with a magnificent bark
  • 1 pound Smoked Turkey – Boneless skinless breast meat and as tender and juicy as you will ever taste
  • 1 Whole Chicken w/BBQ White Sauce – The dish that made Big Bob Gibson famous. A hickory smoked whole split bird baptized in “Original” White BBQ Sauce
  • 40 ounces Brunswick Stew – On some winter days we go through over 200 gallons at the restaurant. Pork Shoulder, chicken, corn, tomatoes, and onions cooked overnight and seasoned to perfection
  • 2 bottles BBQ Sauce (your choice)

  • Championship Red Sauce – Traditional Sweet Tomato Based
  • Original White Sauce – Vinegar based with Mayonnaise and Black Pepper
  • Habanero Red Sauce - Traditional Sweet Tomato Based with a Fiery Finish
  • Backyard Mustard Sauce – South Carolina Style Sweet & Smokey Mustard based

Orders ship Monday through Thursday via overnight service
Orders placed by 5 PM (ET) can be shipped the following day
