Black's baby-back ribs are leaner than their spare ribs, but they pack just as much flavor. Hand-trimmed and smoked to perfection, they are quickly becoming one of Black’s most popular items. Order this package featuring approximately 4 pounds total and you’ll understand why.

I was not expecting these ribs to be so spicy. I like spice but was not a fan at all of these ribs, could not enjoy eating them. Just be warned must like heat!

In a previous review of their Brisket, I gave that 5 stars, because it was terrific. The ribs I felt were just average. They were very meaty, the portion was ample, but nothing about them would would make me want to re-order them, as I will for the brisket. Just nothing special about them.

Great ribs and sauce. Will buy again.

Shipping Days
Order Cut-Off Time:

All orders ship Mon thru Wed via 2-Day service or faster. The cutoff time for same-day shipment of orders is 7:00AM (ET).

Storage & Care:

All barbecue from Black's BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.

  • Step 1 - Thaw the baby-back ribs overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Step 2 - Preheat the oven to 300°F. Remove the baby-back ribs from its plastic pouch, wrap it in aluminum foil, place it baking sheet or pan to catch any juice from the meat as it heats, and put it on a middle rack in the oven.
  • Step 3 - Heat for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (periodically check the temperature with a meat thermometer).
