Outstanding! Every...single...time. Best brisket I've ever had. I have ordered this at least a half dozen times from Black's BBQ.
Outstanding --- very tender and flavorful... and a substantial size brisket. We had 3 dinners for 3 people -- Just let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and for dinner, warm it in the oven with some water in the pan with the brisket. It was a gift from my sister, who lived in Texas for many years. Just a real treat for us!! Thank you Black's Barbecue !!!
Great BBQ.Would order again,in fact I have.Foodydirect gives really good service.Highly recommend.
Haven't eaten the Brisket yet, it's in the freezer, but plan on serving it soon.
Loved it, this is the second time I've ordered the ribs and will do so again
Absolutely delicious! !!

2nd one was as tender as the first one we bought. Will be buying again and save myself the 11 to 12 hours cooking time I would need to make something similar.
To heat this amazing brisket I brought a large pot of water to a boil, turned the heat down to low and put the whole bag (it was shipped in) into the pot for thirty minutes. There was very little liquid in the bag, so it all stayed in the meat. Everyone gave it five stars! I served it with au gratin potatoes, coleslaw, pickled onions, ciabatta rolls and homemade bbq sauce. Thanks for a great dinner!
OMG... This brisket was better then I even imagined it would be ! I will be getting this again, I also got a turkey breast, but I haven't tried that yet. I'm pretty sure I WONT be disappointed with that either.

This is good stuff. Tender, moist, and as good as I could make myself, and I've made quite a few. Only problem I ran into was the lack of proper defrosting instruction. I left the brisket in the refrigerator for 3 days prior to cooking it per the instructions of 300 degree for 45 to 60 minutes. It took about 3 hours to reach internal temp of 140. A note on your instruction sheet regarding how to properly defrost it would be appreciated.

Having left Texas over 17 years ago, the BBQ craving never ceases. Snow's delicious brisket was able to satisfy the craving I have had for tender and flavorful BBQ. It was easy to heat (I added about 1/4 cup water to keep moist and baked it low and slow on 300 for 1.5 hour). I also double wrapped in heavy aluminum. It was delicious....I will be back for more very soon!!
I have ordered I believe 2 or 3 times and I would like to apologize because I ordered from 2 other places and it was awful! I will never order from any other place ever again! From now on I will stay with what consider the very best barbque!!! Thank you so much.
Moist. Tasty. Able to eat this over several days and it stayed just as delicious as day 1. Thank you for this great Texas beef brisket.
I loved it and will order again for sure!

This is the best out there.
The brisket is so good the taste it has!!! I cut the back part of the brisket and made burnt ends. It is worth the price. I have ordered before and they do not disappoint will be ordering again. Meat is so tender. Recomand. They should sell burnt ends!!

Excellent brisket. Moist and tender inside. Fast delivery. Only 4 stars because Franklin's is 5 stars.
Arrived frozen. Packaged well. After following the heating directions, the meat was tender and juicy. A bit more smokey for my taste....but so tastyr. Great value.

Not quite like being in Texas, but not bad either. I think freezing does some harm to the overall taste. I do like a previous posters' suggestion of using water in the oven when slow heating.
Best brisket ever. Son-in-law very picky when it comes to his brisket. So much so bought a top of the line grill to try to perfect his own. Well after 6 months and probably 20 attempts he received this brisket and was blown away. Thank you. Was very leary so pleasantly surprised. Shipping so reasonable too.
Arrived frozen and vacuum wrapped. I followed the warming instructions except I added a small bowl of water in the oven to prevent the brisket from drying out. The flavor was perfect central TX BBQ brisket. I'm sure it tastes better fresh off the pit, but that isn't the point here. This is one of the best ways to experience central TX brisket outside of the state! Having purchased slabs of brisket in TX, and wondering how it would survive shipping and reheating, the flavor and texture of this brisket exceeded my expectations. Well done Black's! (no pun intended)
enjoyed the brisket. found it to be very tasty and moist will order again..
This is the 4th or 5th time I have ordered from Black's BBQ. Best brisket I have ever had hands down. Could not recommend this place more.
The brsket had a lot of fat which was hardly any meat.

It was excellent. You really don't need any sauce, but I prefer my homemade sauce that has a little kick to it. It tasted great just sliced up or make sandwiches. You can not beat it anywhere.

The brisket had a strong smoky taste and was extremely tender.
We all loved the smoked brisket; it was really tender and moist. I just wrapped it in foil and put in the oven for about 45 minutes, and it was ready to eat. I would definitely recommend this brisket for anyone wanting a quick, easy, and awesome star of the meal.

Delicious brisket, well packaged, easily prepared with good instructions and a generous size.
Great brisket. Most certainly didn't need BBQ sauce. Came well seasoned and is so tender. Awesome for any meal and would feed an army.
All perishable food from Black’s is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to thawed and cool to the touch. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
- Step 1 - Thaw your barbecue overnight in the refrigerator.
- Step 2 - Preheat the oven to 300°F. Remove the barbecue from the plastic pouch and wrap in aluminum foil. Place the barbecue on a baking sheet or pan to catch any juice from the meat as it heats and place on a middle rack in the oven.
- Step 3 - Heat for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (periodically check the temperature with a meat thermometer). For a firmer brisket “crust,” remove the aluminum foil and raise the oven temperature to 400°F for the last 10 to 15 minutes of heating.
