Black's Barbecue BBQ Beef Ribs are delicious. The spice rub that they use, you can taste it all the way throughout the rib. The aroma while you're heating it up make the wait well worth it. The flavor of the beef ribs doesn't need any additional BBQ sauce, it's fine just the way it is. The price is a little bit expensive since there is only one shipping option but it's worth it, even if you just want to try it once.
Extremely good beef! In Arizona, specifically Phoenix and Tucson, you need more dry ice during June, July and August! We are not like other cities! It gets hot, like 112 degrees on the day ours was delivered!

Delivery was fast, well sealed and Ribs arrived frozen. The meat was fall off the bone tender and the smell of the smoker absolutely fills your home as if you were in Texas. The 3 ribs could feed 3-4 people. Our only letdown was the beef was extremely fatty and also had a really think layer of fat to the bone. Beef to fat ratio was probably 40% beef and 60% fat. I would order from blacks again and try there full sampler

Best beef ribs I have ever had!! They were so tasty and tender. Had an excellent Smokey flavor.
The ribs were disappointing this time. I've ordered them before, and they were scrumptious. This time, they were overdone and dry. The packaging was also loose, and the ribs weren't completely covered. This may have contributed to the dryness.

All barbecue from Black's BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
- Step 1 - Thaw the beef ribs overnight in the refrigerator.
- Step 2 – Preheat the oven to 300°F. Remove the beef ribs from their plastic pouch and wrap in aluminum foil. Place the barbecue on a baking sheet or pan to catch any juice from the meat as it heats and place on a middle rack in the oven.
- Step 3 - Heat for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the beef ribs reaches 140°F (periodically check the temperature with a meat thermometer).
