Wonderful combination of spices and smoke! The brisket had a beautiful layer of fat above the lean with a nice smoke ring. The sausages were juicy and loaded with flavor, the jalepeno has just the right amount of cheese and we will definitely order again. The ribs, while they had excellent flavor, were a bit tough and hard to eat. Partially overcooked maybe, the membrane was on still as well. Overall a good BBQ experience. I lived in TX for 20+ years, and the smokey flavor is a bit different than here in TN. Brings back memories.

Great pork & beef ribs, and sausage! Very flavorful and juicy! The brisket had great flavor, however, I found it to be a little dry as the 'lean', flat end was sent. I think Black's should give you the choice for either the point end or the flat end. Te fattier the juicier! I would have chosen the point end. All-in-all, very good product. I'd order again.

It really was wonderful to smell real BBQ from the Texas Hill Country again. If did it again i would stick with brisket, and order beef ribs. The links were great, and the amount of food is so good that I still have the pork ribs and some of the links left, but you get Texas BBQ for the beef! And the brisket had a generous layer of fat that is only found in Texas. You want to be careful how you slice it, not too thick, as you want it to melt in your mouth. Heavenly!
First of all, whatever the wood used for smoking is amazing! Juicy pork ribs, tender, moist brisket and the sausages juicy and flavorful. I'm going to use some of the sausages for slicing and adding to my bean soup!

All barbecue from Black's BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
- Step 1 - Thaw your barbecue overnight in the refrigerator.
- Step 2 - Preheat the oven to 300°F. Remove the barbecue from its plastic pouch and wrap in aluminum foil. Place the barbecue on a baking sheet or pan to catch any juice from the meat as it heats and place on a middle rack of your preheated oven.
- Step 3 - Heat for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (periodically check the temperature with a meat thermometer). For a firmer “crust,” you may remove the aluminum foil and raise the oven temperature to 400°F for the last 10 to 15 minutes of heating. Sausage and ribs can be heated the same way but may be ready in as little as 30 minutes (sausage will require the least amount of time).
