This Brookyn Banger favorite is a traditional all-pork Polish Keilbasa. Its flavors are redolent of garlic, smoke, black pepper and mustard seed. They are adored from Greenpoint to Governors Island and go perfectly with your favorite pint and pierogi.

Storage & Care:

Brooklyn Bangers are always made artisinally in small batches and may arrive fresh or frozen

Enjoy within 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months. Expiration date on the package may indicate a longer shelf life


<br> Grilling Instructions <br> Grill over medium heat, turning frequently until desired doneness. <br> Skillet Instructions <br> Place Sausages or Hot Dogs in an 8-inch skillet; add one cup of water and heat on medium for 5 minutes, turning as needed. Once the water has evaporated, turn the heat up to medium-high then add 2 tbs. of oil. Watch over your sausages turning as needed, and remove from heat once they have good coloring. Serve warm, enjoy
