This pie was decadent. If you are a true ginger fan, you will LOVE it. It was pretty boozy too, so if that's your style (it's mine), you won't be disappointed. The filling and pecans are amazing. Also, the crust is perfect. I'm usually not a big fan of pie crust, but I was loving it. Will order again.

If you are not eating your pie immediately store either in the fridge or freezer, wrapped in plastic wrap. Your pie will keep in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to one month.
Serve warm or at room temperature. After taking your pie out of the fridge or freezer, pop it in a 325 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whip cream or scoop of ice cream!
