I have eaten at the restaurant in Memphis and I am glad to report that the ribs taste just as good , if you follow their directions and used the supplied bags. I purchased 4 ribs , 2 are gone the rest will go this weekend. Really Great!
Very tender and delicious! I will order these again!!
Memphis Lion BBQ Back Ribs are one of the few ribs that I order that taste really good. Both the wet and dry methods are great. That little tang in both rubs, give the already flavorful ribs that extra kick. Since you get a bottle of both the wet and dry rubs, there is definitely other uses for them. I put some dry rub on my chicken wings and they tasted even more better than usual. I will definitely buy these again in the near future.
The ribs were delicious and so tender the meat slipped right off the bone. Will definitely order again

I have tried Mail order BBQ from the most famous places. This was easily the best I've ever had. I read a few other reviews before I ordered. Anyone that says the dry rub is a bit too spicy should go to their room and drink their Ensure! The dry rub is sensational. The hickory smoke flavor is subtle, and the ribs themselves are very meaty, tender and of the highest quality. Don't fret too much about the price. One week ago I spent 15.95 for 5 lousy ribs at a Chinese restaurant! While they come nicely packaged, do not cut or break up the styrofoam container, it makes an impossible mess to clean up!

I was disappointed. Both the online helper at Foody Direct and a call to Central assured me they were not spicy. But they were--in fact, simply too spicy for us. Four racks, wasted.
The ribs were tender and had a smoky flavor. The barbecue sauce that came with the order was very tasty.

The ribs were smoked and had outstanding flavor...lots of meat on the bone. There is a thick crust of dry rub, which gave it great flavor, although I ended up scraping a little off because it was so thick. BBQ sauce that came in a bottle with the ribs was excellent. Put it on half of the rack for wet ribs and ate the other half dry.
The packaging was excellent. The cooking instructions were excellent and the quality of the ribs were excellent. I just did not like the hickory taste but that is me not you. The sauce you included toned the spiciness down and I enjoyed it better but the taste was too strong for me. Again not your fault. I would order ribs again but maybe from another restaurant you deal with.
First-class from the packaging, shipping, and delivery to the quality of the ribs. Ribs were perfect. Moist, meaty, and just the right amount of smoke and rub. I usually favor wet ribs, but I am really starting to appreciate Memphis dry rub ribs. Central BBQ makes some of the best.
This is only my second order with Foody Direct, but it won't be my last. The representatives are wonderful and very helpful. My Order was delivered within 3 Days, and is now sitting in my freezer waiting for me to cook them on July 4th. They are every bit as good as Corky's , if not better, but the service and shipping is much better.
All barbecue from Central BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with frozen gel packs. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed, it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
To warm your ribs, preheat your oven to 325º F. Remove the ribs from the vacuum-sealed bag and place them in the provided foil-lined bag. Place the bag directly on the center rack of the oven and heat for a maximum of 15 minutes.
