Storage & Care:

Once thawed, steaks can be refrigerated for up to 7 days. Steaks can be stored in your freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation:

In order to preserve flavor and tenderness, thaw your Chicago Steak Company meats in the refrigerator. It will take anywhere from 12 to 18 hours for steaks. Plastic wrap should not be removed until you are ready to cook the steaks. By thawing your steaks out this way, you will preserve the flavor and tenderness of the steaks.
