Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders placed by 12:00 noon (ET) can be shipped 2 business days later.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.
The following shipping options are available depending upon the delivery date selected:
$9.95 Flat-Rate Shipping - For any shipping address in the continental U.S., customers will be presented with our $9.95 Flat-Rate Shipping option upon checkout. Orders will be delivered via FedEx Ground service on or before the end of the delivery date selected at checkout. Delivery time can vary based on area, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM to residences, and between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to businesses.
2nd-Day Air - Your package will be delivered on or before the end of the second business day following shipment (unless upgrading to Saturday delivery). Delivery time can vary based on area, but can be as late as 8:00 PM to residences and 5:00 PM to businesses. The flat-rate for 2-Day service is $24.95.
FedEx Standard Overnight - Your package will be delivered by the end of the next business day after it has been shipped. Delivery time can vary based on area, but can be as late as 8:00 p.m. to residences and 5:00 p.m. to businesses. The flat-rate for FedEx Standard Overnight is $34.95.
FedEx Priority Overnight - Your package will be delivered the following morning, in most cases by 10:30 AM. The flat-rate for Priority Overnight service is $39.95.
Saturday Delivery - If your shipping address is reachable via FedEx Ground service within 2 days, Saturday delivery is available for the same low flat-rate of $9.95, and deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM. Saturday delivery may also be available via FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Priority Overnight for an additional charge of $20 per package. Deliveries are made between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, depending upon delivery address.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a ship notification email with a tracking number for each package in your order. When your order has been delivered, you will also receive a delivery notification email.

All orders from EATALY are professionally packed and shipped to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
All orders are shipped signature release. This means FedEx will leave the package at the doorstep, front desk or gate associated with the shipping address without requiring a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a freezer or refrigerator promptly after delivery. FoodyDirect cannot be responsible for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or that are sent to recipients who are not available to store the contents of the order on the day of arrival. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. box.
All products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration until opened. Perishable items should be refrigerated once opened.
