The cannoli were EXCELLENT! I highly recommend to anyone thinking about ordering them. The filling and shells were spot on and authentic. It arrived well-packed--shells intact, filling frozen. Cannoli perfection achieved.

Very difficult to find authentic Italian pastries in Indiana. So glad I found food direct so I can get these delivered to my home. These are as close to the ones my Father used to make.

I was DELIGHTED with the quality of this product. The Cannolis were thin, crisp, delightful and arrived in perfect condition. The filling was perfect - - not cloyingly sweet and smooth as silk. I would suggest this to anyone who wishes to experience the perfect Cannoli.

nice flavor, canolli is not large as advertised comparred to East coast standard. contains 14 oz. and for every six I filled I was short each time. you can fill 5 really well or make 6 skinny canolli :/

Storage & Care:

The cannoli cream should be stored in your freezer until 2 to 3 hours before use. The cream can also be refrozen.

Preparation:

Defrost cream in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Cut off the tip of the bag (about ½ inch from the end). Squeeze the cream into the shell, filling it halfway, then turn the shell around and fill the other half. Repeat and Enjoy!
