The short ribs had good flavor. I would have preferred them a little leaner. I cooked them in the slow cooker and they were great.
I received my beef ribs on a Wednesday cooked them on Sunday when I opened bag of meat they smelled and were a bit slimy. Once I rinsed them and cooked them with red wine Oh! my goodness the meat fell l off the bone and so tender plus they were such a great price! Bryan's Insider Tip: though this type of meat is not aged to any great extent, they are of such a high quality that they are capable of being slow cooked directly on a grill. The trick for this is to slightly back off the heat and turn the ribs over multiple times over the course of 15-20 minutes. Plan on 12 - 16 oz per serving.
