Now imagine the most delicious, over-the-top, mouth-watering NOLA gumbo you’ve ever tasted. Chefs/partners John Folse and Rick Tramonto have created 3 exceptional types of gumbo at their legendary French Quarter restaurant, “R’evolution”– Classic Chicken & Andouille, Seafood Gumbo, and their signature “Death by Gumbo” featuring whole stuffed quails.

Each Gumbo serves 4 (for a total of 12 servings in this package).

Storage & Care:

The Gumbo Fest is shipped fresh and is best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery. Store all ingredients in your refrigerator upon delivery, in their original packaging. If necessary, you can freeze the items for up to 14 days in its original packaging.


Preheat oven to 425°F. Place bags of rice and gumbo in boiling water. Once water has returned to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Hold bags at a simmer for 20 minutes to heat thoroughly. Stirring to separate the bags during the heating process should be done with a smooth edged plastic or wooden spoon. Sharp objects and metal tongs may puncture bags. Always use extreme care when removing bags from boiling water to avoid burns. Place stuffed quail on lightly greased sheet pan and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until stuffing reaches temperature of 165°F and the juices run clear.
