Sausage: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Remove the sausages from the plastic packaging and wrap them in aluminum foil. Place wrapped sausages on a baking sheet or pan to catch any juice as the sausages heat. Place on a middle rack in your oven and heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Brisket: Preheat your oven to 250°F. Remove fully thawed brisket from its plastic wrapping. Wrap the brisket in heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place a small amount of water or bbq sauce in the foil (if using sauce, be careful not to let it burn during heating). Seal the foil tightly, place on a baking pan or sheet and place on a middle rack in your preheated oven. Heat for approximately 45 - 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 140°F. For a firmer brisket “crust”, you may remove the aluminum foil and raise the oven temperature to 400°F for the last 10-15 minutes of heating.
Pulled Pork: To warm the pulled pork, submerge the unopened vacuum-sealed bag in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes. Using tongs, carefully remove the bag from the pot and set it on a large bowl or platter. Cut the bag open with scissors, taking care to avoid the steam, and scoop out the moist meat. The pulled pork comes in large chunks to retain moisture so you’ll need to pull the pork apart further after reheating using tongs and a fork. Mix in the included barbecue sauce as desired. Enjoy as is, or on soft rolls or slider rolls.
Ribs: Set your oven to "BROIL." Remove the thawed Montgomery Inn ribs from the container and place them on a broiling pan, bottom side up. Cook the ribs, bottom side up, for approximately 4 minutes or until the meat begins to sizzle. Remove the broiling pan from the oven. Turn the ribs over and place the pan back in the oven for approximately 3 minutes or until the ribs sizzle and pop. Remove the ribs from the broiling pan, place on your favorite platter and top with warm
