My family and I really enjoyed the turducken. The meat and stuffing were seasoned to perfection. Delivery was on time just as stated on the order. Will be ordering other foods.
Turducken was wonderful.
it was delicious. ordered it for Christmas and it was loved by all! the stuffing had a nice gentle kick to it which some of the older crowd found to be too much but the meat and the quality was perfect. no fat on it what so ever will order from here again!
Great shopping experience
We have enjoyed food products from Gourmet Butcher Block for several years. At the top of our list is the ALL-Madden Turducken. We enjoy the Turducken ourselves and also send Turduckens to our family and friends which has been made easy by FoodyDirect. This year our family and friends enjoyed a Gourmet Butcher Block carry bag with their Turducken order; a very nice lagniappe!
Was shipped as fast as promised, quality & size unbelievable super easy to cook, never had it took a chance and 20 people were blown away,. Will do it again !

It was well-received by the entire family and a friend who celebrated Thanksgiving with us. Packaging was well-intact, and cooking instructions was organized and easy to follow. As far as the turducken itself, the flavors were spot on and spice was just right. It baked beautifully! In conclusion, we are quite satisfied with the overall experience and will definitely consider trying out other items Foody Direct offers.

Uncooked Turducken can be refrigerated for 4-5 days before baking. Once cooked, Turducken can be refrigerated for 3-4 days whole or carved.
To thaw, take Turducken out of box and leave in bag. Keep refrigerated for 4-5 days before baking. To quick thaw, leave out on countertop for 18 hours.Once thawed, bake at 375 with thread facing up for 4 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered until brown. If you are cooking the Turducken from frozen, add a ½ quart of water and bake at 300 for 11½ hours covered, then for a ½ hour uncovered until brown. <br> Carving tip: Let Turducken cool for 20 minutes then unthread. Push a fork into the end of each leg, twist slightly and remove tendons. At each leg joint, remove any excess tendons. Cut body of Turducken in half lengthwise and carve to reveal all “3” meats and stuffing.
