Wild Alaska White King Salmon Fillets

Extremely rare and highly sought-after, white kings are identical to other king salmon in appearance, however the flesh is pearly white and extremely flavorful. Milder and more delicate than red kings, this hearty fish is extremely high in Omega-3s and is unlike any salmon you have ever tasted.

Each salmon is "Troll-Caught" - caught one at a time with a single hook and line and immediately processed and frozen on the spot, resulting in sushi-grade quality.

Package includes 5 LBS Troll-Caught Wild Alaska White King Salmon Fillets (6 to 10-oz each). Fillets are individually vacuum-sealed and frozen before shipping.

Note - To keep the handling to an absolute minimum, Great Alaska Seafood does not remove the pin bones from the fillets (companies that do remove the pin bones allow the salmon to sit for several days in order to "soften" the meat before removing the bones).

Best salmon we ever had!! now fishy oily taste in comparison to the red or pink salmon. My husband who is very picky when it comes to fish enjoyed it. I will definitely order it again.

Shipping Days
Order cut-off time:

All orders ship Monday through Thursday via overnight service. Orders placed by 6:00 PM (ET) Monday through Wednesday can be shipped the next day, for delivery the following day.

Storage & Care:

Fillets will last fresh and refrigerated for 2 days and 2-3 months frozen. Cooked fish will last 3 to 4 days refrigerated and 4 to 6 months frozen.

Thawing: The best way to thaw your fish is to leave it in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 8-10 hours. Vacuum packages can lose their seals in transit, this is normal, in those cases use these packs first. Simply remove the fish from the packaging and place on a plate with plastic wrap over it and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

For quicker thawing, place the vacuum sealed pouch in a bowl of cool water for 30-46 minutes. Do not use warm water, as it can cause the seafood to lose flavor and texture.
