This package includes:

  • 2 Pot Pies: Pot pie perfection! There’s no better comfort food than a creamy rich, piping-hot pot pie. Chock full of fresh chopped carrots, peas, onions, broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, and celery, mixed in an ultra-rich, roux made with whole cream and home-made vegetable broth, and wrapped in their (our) signature buttery, flaky pie crust.
  • 2 Beef Pasties: These hand-made pies are chock full of fresh diced carrots and potatoes, fresh ground beef, and hickory smoked bacon, mixed in a rich home-made beef broth, and wrapped in their (our) signature buttery, flaky pie crust

Storage & Care:

All pies, cobblers, pot pies and beef pastries can be kept frozen up to 6 months. Thawed pies can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days before baking, but we recommend baking immediately for best results.

Preparation:

Fruit Pies <br> Thaw completely in fridge before baking.BAKING:Apple Pies – bake at 350° for 60 minutes.All other pies – bake at 350° for 45 minutes. For best results, after baking let stand 2-3 hours before serving. Ikeda’s Recommends: Beat an egg and brush over the top of the pie crust before baking for a perfectly golden crust. <br> STORE: Baked fruit pies are best stored covered at room temperature and enjoyed within 4 days.

Fruit Cobblers and Pumpkin Pecan Pie <br> STORE: Fruit Cobblers and Pumpkin Pecan Pies are fully baked, and can be thawed and served. Once thawed, they are best stored covered at room temperature and enjoyed within 3 days. <br> Frozen Pot Pies <br> PREP: Thaw in fridge overnight. To cook, bake at 350° for 45 minutes <br> Frozen Beef Pastries <br> PREP: Thaw in fridge for 1 hour. To cook, bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
