All products from Irving’s are vacuum-packed and have a minimum shelf life of 2 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer.
<br> Grill (Recommended Method): Serrate your hot dog or sausage by slicing into it lengthwise, not too deep. Place on hot grill and roll until you hear sizzling, usually 4 to 6 minutes. <br> Steaming: Fill pot with 2 ½ inches of water. Bring to a boil and place hot dogs or sausages in a steam cradle above the water. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. <br> Boiling: Fill pot ¾ full of water. Bring to a boil. Submerge hot dogs or sausages in water. Sausage will rise to the top when cooked, usually in 4 to 7 minutes.
