  • 2 Slabs Pork Spare Ribs (un-sauced)
  • 1 lb Beef Burnt Ends - perfectly seared brisket morsels, tender inside, with a sweet and smoky crust on the outside;
  • 1 lb Pork Burnt Ends - Incredibly moist and meaty, double-smoked pork with a sweet and smoky flavor
  • 15 oz Cheesy Corn Bake - a KC specialty featuring a creamy cheese blend, sweet yellow corn and bits of smoked ham
  • 18 oz Bottle KC Original Sauce

Shipping Days
Orders Cut-Off Time:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via Ground (1-3 days) or 2-Day Air. Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday can ship as early as the next day.

Storage & Care:

Everything from Jack Stack BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture. <br> Your BBQ package will arrive cold, place it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible. If you plan to enjoy your barbecue within 3 to 4 days, you should put all the frozen products in your package in the refrigerator to thaw. Products you don’t plan to use for up to six months should go in the freezer. <br> All products should be thawed in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. We do not recommend thawing products in warm water or on the countertop. To enjoy Jack Stack Barbecue products at their best, proper heating is essential. Once thawed, remove the products from their vacuum-seal or plastic container, then carefully follow the guidelines on the other side of this card. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats whenever it’s recommended.


<br> Spare Ribs on the Grill:350° - 450° for 8 minutes. Flip at 4 minutes. <br> In the Oven: In broiler pan, cook at 400° for 20 minutes.
<br> In the Microwave:Not recommended <br> Cheesy Corn Bake on the Grill:Not Recommended <br> In the Oven: 400° for 15 minutes. Stir. Heat 5 minutes until simmering. Let sit for 3-5 Minutes
<br> In the Microwave:On high/100% for 6 minutes. Heat 3 minutes. Stir. Heat 3 minutes <br> Burnt Ends on the Grill:550° for 8-10 minutes. Flip after 5 minutes.
<br> In the Oven: Broil for 6-8 minutes. Baste and broil 2 more minutes
