Storage & Care:

Everything from Jack Stack BBQ is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and frozen to hold in all its flavor and moisture.
Your BBQ package will arrive cold, place it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible. If you plan to enjoy your barbecue within 3 to 4 days, you should put all the frozen products in your package in the refrigerator to thaw. Products you don’t plan to use for up to six months should go in the freezer.
All products should be thawed in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. We do not recommend thawing products in warm water or on the countertop. To enjoy Jack Stack Barbecue products at their best, proper heating is essential. Once thawed, remove the products from their vacuum-seal or plastic container, then carefully follow the guidelines on the other side of this card. We strongly encourage you to use your grill for heating meats whenever it’s recommended.
