Jenny Lee's famous Swirl Bread still uses the original recipe created by Grandpap Michael Baker in 1875. Each loaf is loaded with sweet cinnamon and baked in old-fashioned crimp pans creating their unique shape, then bathed in butter and tossed with cinnamon sugar.
