As soon as received, place the entire cake box in the freezer for 2-4hrs. If eating right away, store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days from receiving. Cake can be kept frozen for up to 30 days.
- Remove the inner insulated cylinder first, follow by the outer one.
- Holding onto the bottom cake board, gently lift the cake out of the box.
- Prior thawing, remove the acetate wrapping.
- To serve: thaw cake at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
