Macarons should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and taken out 10 minutes before serving at room temperature.
All Macarons from La Fournette are gluten free, in that there is no ingredient containing gluten in the recipe. However, the macarons are baked in a facility that primarily produces bread (La Fournette is an artisan bakery!). So while every effort is made to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that the Macarons are completely gluten free. <br>
Not recommended for people with a moderate to severe gluten allergy. Despite the gluten-free ingredients, macarons may cause an allergic reaction in people with a high sensitivity to gluten.
