Your Mamie's Pies should be stored in the freezer and must be consumed by the date on the package. Once baked, your hand pie can be kept refrigerated for up to four days or kept on the counter-top for two days.
Remove from packaging and place pie on parchment-lined baking sheet (brush with milk if darker finish is desired). Place in preheated 425F conventional oven for 20-24 minutes until crust is golden brown. Or, if using a convection oven, bake at 400F degrees for 15-18 minutes, following above instructions. Ovens may vary, adjust accordingly. Let cool and enjoy.
