The BBQ Meats Super Sampler serves 12-14 hungry BBQ lovers and includes:

  • 4 Half Racks Ribs - smoked naturally with local 100% hickory and oak wood in a one-of-a-kind barbecue pit that operates 24 hours a day

Maurice's Piggie Pork BBQ was some of the best BBQ I've eaten.

Storage & Care:

All barbecue from Maurice's Piggie Park is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with frozen gel packs. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed, it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
