Ribs were done to perfection (fall off the bone). The racks of ribs were spiced well and were very tasty. The sauce complemented the taste of the ribs. Montgomery Inn sauce is one of the better ones I have tried. The pulled pork was equally awesome with just a small amount of bark in the 1 lb. portions. The Pennington buns held up to the pulled pork and it's sauce. All items were packaged well and arrived as promised. Thanks for letting me have a taste of Cincinnati. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

SIMPLY THE BEST BBQ WE'VE EVER EATEN!!! THE FLAVOR CAN'T BE BEAT BY ANY OTHER BBQ WE'VE TRIED. THE PROK IS SO TENDER AND IT'S BEST SERVED ON THE SOFT FRESH ROLSS THAT CAME WITHIT. THE SAUCE IS NOT OVERLY SWEET NOR IS IT OVERLY FLAVORED BY VINEGAR. THIS BBQ IS SO GOOD WE JUST KEEP ORDERING IT TIME AND TIME AGAIN. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN RAVING OVER MONTGOMERY INN'S BBQ AND HAVE DECIDED IT WILL BE OUR CHOICE FOR THE BEST BBQ IN THE FUTURE. WE ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THIS TO SERVE OUR GUEST DURING THE SUPERBOWL PARTY AND WE HAD TO TRYI IT OUT BEFORE SERVING IT TO OUR GUESTS. All barbecue from Montgomery Inn has been fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed, it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
<br> Barbecued Loin Back Ribs <br> Conventional Oven: Set your oven to "BROIL." Remove the thawed Montgomery Inn ribs from the container and place them on a broiling pan, bottom side up. Cook the ribs, bottom side up, for approximately 4 minutes or until the meat begins to sizzle. Remove the broiling pan from the oven. Turn the ribs over and place the pan back in the oven for approximately 3 minutes or until the ribs sizzle and pop. Remove the ribs from the broiling pan, place on your favorite platter and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce. <br> Outdoor Grill: Set your grill on high or wait until coals are red hot. After thawing, remove ribs from their package. Place ribs bottom side down and cook until meat begins to sizzle and pop, approximately 4 minutes. Turn the ribs over – topside down – and continue cooking until meat begins to sizzle and pop, approximately 3 minutes. Remove ribs from grill and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce. <br> Pulled Pork <br> Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 325 °F. Once thawed, remove pulled pork from the container and place on a cooking pan. Place pan in the oven until heated through, approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pulled pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F. Remove from oven and reserve. Lower oven to 250°F. Place the buns on a baking sheet, and warm in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and transfer to a platter. Serve pulled pork on buns with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce. <br> Stovetop: Preheat oven to 250 °F. Remove the thawed pulled pork from the container and place in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 5 minutes. Once fully heated (if you have a thermometer, check that the temperature has reached 160 °F), remove the pulled pork from the heat, cover the saucepan, and let sit for 5 to 7 minutes before serving – this will ensure that the heat is evenly distributed. Place the buns on a baking sheet, and warm in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and transfer to a platter. Place the heated pulled pork on the bottom bun. Drizzle warmed Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce over your pulled pork, place the top bun on your sandwich and enjoy!
