This pulled pork is one of the best my family and I have eaten. It is shredded nicely, and a bottle of bbq sauce is included. We haven’t needed to use the sauce yet because they put the perfect amount of sauce on the pork. One negative is that rolls are included. We haven’t even tried them so I don’t know if they are good or not. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
The Pulled pork is excellent and the sauce is legendary. Not sure why they'd ship buns with these items. The buns came squashed and broken. You can forget the buns and just ship the pork and BBQ sauce and I'd be happy.

All barbecue from Montgomery Inn has been fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen before shipping to ensure freshness and quality. It is shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. Depending upon the time of year, shipping destination, and temperatures, it may arrive from between partially frozen to fully thawed. It can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 6 months. Thawed, it is best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.
<br> Pulled Pork <br> Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 325 °F. Once thawed, remove pulled pork from the container and place on a cooking pan. Place pan in the oven until heated through, approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the pulled pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F. Remove from oven and reserve. Lower oven to 250°F. Place the buns on a baking sheet, and warm in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and transfer to a platter. Serve pulled pork on buns with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce. <br> Stovetop: Preheat oven to 250 °F. Remove the thawed pulled pork from the container and place in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 5 minutes. Once fully heated (if you have a thermometer, check that the temperature has reached 160 °F), remove the pulled pork from the heat, cover the saucepan, and let sit for 5 to 7 minutes before serving – this will ensure that the heat is evenly distributed. Place the buns on a baking sheet, and warm in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and transfer to a platter. Place the heated pulled pork on the bottom bun. Drizzle warmed Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce over your pulled pork, place the top bun on your sandwich and enjoy!
