Best pizza that I've had in a long, long, long time!

Nostalgia for Chicago usually takes the form of old friends and classmates at U of C --- and PIZZA. Ws had a couple of My Pie Pizzas delivered yesterday by Foody Direct --1/2 and 1/2s designed by me— and they were spectacularly delicious. Arrived in perfect condition, baked up exactly as directed, tasted as delicious as hoped. We'll do it again after Pie #2 (now in the freezer) is devoured in a month or two.
If your My Pi Pizza is still frozen or partially frozen when it arrives, place it in your freezer and cook within 90 days. You can keep your pizza in the freezer up to 6 months, but pizzas are best enjoyed within 90 days. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 2 days or discard.
