Thank you, thank you, thank you for offering New Cascadia bread!!! My daughter and I ate at New Cascadia when we visited Portland, OR and were blown away by their gluten free bread. My kids bought me the GF Baguette Trio as a birthday surprise this month to my delight. Please keep offering New Cascadia bread & products and you'll keep me as a happy customer for sure :)

Storage & Care:

Baguettes should be enjoyed within 1 day of receiving them or put in the freezer for up to a month. Baguettes can also be placed in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
