I love these Norske Nook Lefse Norwegian Flatbread. Originally I was planning on share but after trying them the day they arrived, I decided to keep them all to myself. Since they can be frozen, I froze half of my order and literally devoured the other half in three days. If I didn't freeze half, I would've most likely ate them all before the week was over. The Lefse Norwegian Flatbread taste good with any meal, whether it's an omelette for breakfast or beef stew for dinner or just as a snack with some butter, cream cheese or any other cheese. I would definitely recommend this product.

STORE: Lefse can be refrigerated for a week or frozen for up to 6 months. Lefse are made without preservatives, so when storing, keep them tightly wrapped or they will dry out. If you don’t plan on eating it right away, toss it in the freezer!
PREP: To heat, place lefse in a large buttered pan and heat for 2-3 minutes or in the microwave, covered in a damp cloth, for 1 minute. Lefse are great when served with butter & sugar, with eggs, sausage and cheese or your favorite jam. Enjoy!
