STORE: Lefse can be refrigerated for a week or frozen for up to 6 months. Lefse are made without preservatives, so when storing, keep them tightly wrapped or they will dry out. If you don’t plan on eating it right away, toss it in the freezer!
PREP: To heat, place lefse in a large buttered pan and heat for 2-3 minutes or in the microwave, covered in a damp cloth, for 1 minute. Lefse are great when served with butter & sugar, with eggs, sausage and cheese or your favorite jam. Enjoy!
