Calabreses is a spicy salame that gets its kick from cayenne pepper and paprika. Olli’s all-natural Calabrese salame is based on a traditional recipe from Italy’s Calabria region, where spicy sausages are popular.

Olli’s all-natural salame (the Italian spelling for “salami”) is made based on 160-year-old Italian family recipes passed down to founder Oliviero “Olli” Colmignoli. All salame is made right here in the U.S.A. in a state-of-the-art facility in Mechanicsville, Virginia.

Shipping Days
Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays, except holidays. Orders placed any time Wednesday through Sunday (ET) can ship as early as Monday. Orders placed any time Monday or Tuesday (ET) can ship as early as Wednesday.

Storage & Care:

Olli salame is stamped with an expiration date on the outside of its shipping box. The salame ships with moisture resistant ice packs; we suggest keeping it cool until you are ready to enjoy. Store unused salami in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Once sliced, the remainder can be placed in an air-tight bag or container in the fridge for about two weeks.
