Olli’s all-natural salame (the Italian spelling for “salami”) is made based on 160-year-old Italian family recipes passed down to founder Oliviero “Olli” Colmignoli. All salame is made right here in the U.S.A. in a state-of-the-art facility in Mechanicsville, Virginia.

Shipping Days
Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed before 5 PM (ET) Tuesday can be shipped as early as Wednesday. Orders placed before 5 PM (ET) Friday can be shipped as soon as Monday.

Storage & Care:

Olli salame is stamped with an expiration date on the outside of its shipping box. The salame ships with moisture resistant ice packs; we suggest keeping it cool until you are ready to enjoy. Store unused salami in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Once sliced, the remainder can be placed in an air-tight bag or container in the fridge for about two weeks.
