Choose any 3 buckets of these the two famous chowders to create your own Chowder Combo.

  • 1 cup (8 oz) whole milk
  • 1 cup (8 oz) half and half (or heavy cream)
  • Chopped parsley (optional garnish).

Prepared daily, frozen, and shipped straight to you to ensure the freshest dining experience. All products can be stored frozen for up to 12 months. Once thawed, Phil’s foods should be enjoyed within 2 days per the instructions included with each order.

Preparation:

New England Clam Chowder: Once defrosted, add a cup of whole milk, a cup of cream, and heat! Do not microwave to avoid damaging the texture of the seafood. Top with parsley or you favorite herb to garnish. <br> Manhattan Clam Chowder: Thaw overnight in your refrigerator. Do not microwave to avoid damaging the texture of the seafood. Once defrosted, pour into a pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes (or until desired serving temperature is reached).

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chowder in a heated sourdough bread round, or with sourdough bread on the side. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
