These franks have a terrific snap when you eat them. The flavor is mild, and NOT SALTY. I look forward to grilling these franks and ordering other great sausage from Pulaski Meats.

Storage & Care:

All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.

Preparation:

Your sausages are fully cooked, so they are easy to reheat on the grill or in the oven. Grill over indirect heat so that you don’t burst the casing. For conventional ovens, reheat to 275-325°, depending on your oven, and heat for about 20 minutes until heated through. Kielbasa and Krakowska are incredibly delicious when sliced cold and enjoyed with your favorite mustard or mustard-based dipping sauce. For a special treat you can slice these tasty sausages and pan-fry the slices until brown on each side
