All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.
To warm preheat your oven to 325°. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 2 cups of water just below the meat, then tent with aluminum foil. Heat in your oven for 20 minutes per pound. For a delicious ham sandwich, slice it cold right out of the refrigerator.
