All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.


<br> Hams <br> To warm preheat your oven to 325°. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 2 cups of water just below the meat, then tent with aluminum foil. Heat in your oven for 20 minutes per pound. For a delicious ham sandwich, slice it cold right out of the refrigerator. <br> Kielbasas Your sausages are fully cooked, so they are easy to reheat on the grill or in the oven. Grill over indirect heat so that you don’t burst the casing. For conventional ovens, reheat to 275-325°, depending on your oven, and heat for about 20 minutes until heated through. Kielbasa and Krakowska are incredibly delicious when sliced cold and enjoyed with your favorite mustard or mustard-based dipping sauce. For a special treat you can slice these tasty sausages and pan-fry the slices until brown on each side. <br> Bacon Bacon can be sliced thin or thick (for the Seasoned Baked Bacon, we recommend cutting thick slices since it’s a little more delicate than the Apple Wood-Smoked Bacon). Fry bacon slices in a sauté pan to desired crispness. You can also heat the bacon in a conventional oven by laying the slices on a baking sheet and cooking for 15 – 20 minutes at 325° (turning over halfway through), or placing a large chunk (unsliced) on the grill over indirect heat.
