All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.
This specialty sausage is fully cooked, but is best when sautéed in a skillet with butter and onions until a golden color is reached. You can also heat the kiska in a conventional oven by placing them in a roasting pan with a little water on the bottom and heating at 325° for 20 minutes.
