I can't tell you how happy I was that the FoodyDirect ad popped into my Facebook feed. I had never heard of FoodyDirect. But being from New Jersey and now living in South Carolina, I had heard of a "legendary" place in Linden to get keilbasa and ham. I took a chance on ordering from Pulaski Meats and I say with all sincerity, theis place is legendary!! This was the BEST ham I have ever had. It had ZERO fat on it and was not salty. The keilbasa was also fantastic!!! Every holiday my 78 year old father asks where we are going to get a "good ring of keilbasa" being in the South. FoodyDirect and Pulaski Meats can add me to their loyal customer list because I will be ordering again! Thanks for making our Easter holiday a hit!

All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.
<br> Hams <br> To warm preheat your oven to 325°. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 2 cups of water just below the meat, then tent with aluminum foil. Heat in your oven for 20 minutes per pound. For a delicious ham sandwich, slice it cold right out of the refrigerator. <br> Kielbasas Your sausages are fully cooked, so they are easy to reheat on the grill or in the oven. Grill over indirect heat so that you don’t burst the casing. For conventional ovens, reheat to 275-325°, depending on your oven, and heat for about 20 minutes until heated through. Kielbasa and Krakowska are incredibly delicious when sliced cold and enjoyed with your favorite mustard or mustard-based dipping sauce. For a special treat you can slice these tasty sausages and pan-fry the slices until brown on each side.
