This combo of two of Pulaski’s signature items is a pork-lover’s dream. Hand-trimmed and smoked for 12 hours, the Country-Style Boneless ½ Ham (about 7 lbs) is incredibly juicy and surprisingly lean. The Canadian Bacon is a ½ boneless loin of pork (about 4 lbs) that’s marinated and then gently smoked until the natural sweetness is revealed.

Storage & Care:

All meats from Pulaski Meats are shipped fresh and will arrive cold, never frozen. You can keep your meat refrigerated for up to 30 days when sealed in Cryovac, and 1 week once opened. You can freeze your meat for up to 3 months, but this is discouraged since it may affect the texture of the meat.


<br> Hams <br> PREP: To warm preheat your oven to 325°. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan with 2 cups of water just below the meat, then tent with aluminum foil. Heat in your oven for 20 minutes per pound. For a delicious ham sandwich, slice it cold right out of the refrigerator. <br> Bacon <br> PREP: Bacon can be sliced thin or thick (for the Seasoned Baked Bacon, we recommend cutting thick slices since it’s a little more delicate than the Apple Wood-Smoked Bacon). Fry bacon slices in a sauté pan to desired crispness. You can also heat the bacon in a conventional oven by laying the slices on a baking sheet and cooking for 15 – 20 minutes at 325° (turning over halfway through), or placing a large chunk (unsliced) on the grill over indirect heat.
