i've used foodydirect cross country several times. the food is always beautifully packed and iced; and ready to eat!
They make the best ravioli and pasta! This order had one box that was a bit damaged but the ravioli were fine. A few months ago I ordered the same product for my cousins in FL and they came damaged and no adjustment was made, so I was reluctant to order again.

We loved it so much we ordered more!
Raffetto’s Ravioli is delicious, this time I ordered just the Lobster Ravioli and they are great and goes very well with the Pink sauce. I ordered several other Raffetto's Ravioli before and enjoyed every single one of them. Still have 3 or 4 Ravioli I haven't tried yet but I definitely will in the near future. I can truly say, I haven't been disappointed in any of my orders. Definitely a most buy.
I ordered 3 boxes of the spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli, and they are fantastic!
The texture and flavor of the truffle ravioli was amazing. The only reason I am not rating it at 5 stars is that the ravioli in most of the boxes was damaged during shipping. Because this is shipped fresh and is a relatively delicate product, need a better method of holding the ravioli in place so it can't move around in the boxes.

Ravioli is shipped Tuesday through Thursday via overnight service. Orders placed by 10 AM (ET) Tuesday through Thursday can be shipped as early as that day.
Refrigerate ravioli immediately upon delivery. Any pasta not eaten within 2 days of delivery should be frozen. All of Raffetto’s ravioli can be frozen up to 2 months, and if stored frozen should be cooked frozen.
The amount of salt in the water is very important. Raffetto’s does not put any salt in the dough; therefore it is critical to add salt to the water for maximum flavor. Add approximately 1½ tbsp. of salt per 10-qt pot, and cook 6-8 minutes. After straining the ravioli, Raffetto's suggests tossing your ravioli in a small amount of olive oil to keep it from sticking. Avoid "shocking" the ravioli with cold water as that will wash away some of the flavor.
