Andrew Raffetto has provided some suggested sauce & ravioli pairings below, but by all means create your own combinations!

The Ravioli & Sauce Combo Pack includes 3 boxes of Ravioli, 3 containers of sauce, Raffetto’s crispy and buttery Genoa crostini toast, and their signature creamy homemade Arborio rice pudding.

Ravioli are 1-3/4 inches square and each box weighs 21-ounces (48 ravioli per box)

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I gave these as A GIFT and held my breath in hope that it was the right decision. IT WAS THE VERY RIGHT ONE, and they liked these Ravioli w/sauce so much, that they told me they intend TO ORDER MORE! MAKES A GREAT GIFT!

Great food ordered 3 kinds got the cheese the meat and spinach and the lobster.The meat and spinach was the best.i also got the pesto and mushroom pesto and regular sauce all which were really tasty

This is the second time I ordered Raffetto's Pasta Ravioli & Sauce Combo Pack. The first time I had the Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper with Basil and the Spinach and Cheese and they was great. This time I ordered the Cheese, Meat and Spinach and the Lobster. They are just as delicious as my first order. There are still several others Ravioli I haven't tried yet, but they are definitely on my list for my future orders.

Raffetto's Pasta Ravioli & Sauce Combo Pack is soooooo delicious. I ordered the Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper w/Basil & Cheese and the Spinach & Cheese and all three was soooooo good. Then the sauce, just add that extra flavor to complete a plate of one of the most spectacular meals I ever ate. I tried all three together on the day they arrived and since the first bite to the last bite was great, I could decide which one I liked better. All I know that I will definitely reorder them and will try other flavor Ravioli and Sauce as well.

Storage & Care:

<br> Ravioli Refrigerate ravioli immediately upon delivery. Any ravioli not eaten within 2 days of delivery should be frozen. All of Raffetto’s ravioli can be frozen up to 2 months, and if stored frozen should be cooked frozen. <br> Sauces All sauces last in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, and may be frozen for up to 2 months.

Preparation:

<br> Ravioli The amount of salt in the water is very important. Raffetto’s does not put any salt in the dough; therefore it is critical to add salt to the water for maximum flavor. Add approximately 1½ tbsp. of salt per 10-qt pot, and cook 6-8 minutes. After straining the ravioli, Raffetto's suggests tossing your ravioli in a small amount of olive oil to keep it from sticking. Avoid "shocking" the ravioli with cold water as that will wash away some of the flavor. <br> Sauces Heat Sauces in a non-reactive saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring frequently, until simmering hot. Pesto should never be heated and can be placed on pasta either cold, or ideally at room temperature. A good rule of thumb is to remove pesto from your refrigerator when you fill the pot with water.
