The Tour of New Orleans includes 1 x 2lb bag of each of the following:

  • Cajun Jambalaya Sauce: This is Chef Raz’s signature Louisiana Creole dish which was featured on the Food Network’s program The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Shrimp, chicken, and sausage are sautéed with onions, peppers and tomatoes in a creamy Cajun sauce.

  • New Orleans Gumbo: A perennial favorite, Chef Raz’s authentic New Orleans gumbo is rich and loaded with chicken, sausage, shrimp, okra, onions and peppers which will surely speak to your Cajun taste-buds. Serve this over some rice and celebrate Mardi Gras year round.

  • Shrimp Ettoufe: In French the word ettoufe literally means ‘smothered’, which is the perfect way to describe this house specialty of Chef Raz. This dish is choc full of delicious shrimp and savory Louisiana vegetables smothered in a spicy Cajun stew.

  • Bayou Chicken: A rich marinara sauce with a hint of cayenne lends a spicy accent to moist and tender chicken sautéed with onions, peppers and celery. Serve over white rice for a special Cajun treat.

Food is outstanding. I've ordered from this restaurant on several occasions and used to be a frequent customer of the actual restaurant when I used to live in Nashville. Highly recommend.

Storage & Care:

If kept unopened in the vacuum sealed bag, the Cajun Jambalaya, New Orleans Gumbo, Shrimp and Crawfish Ettoufe, and Bayou Chicken will remain fresh up to 1 year if kept frozen, and up to 60 days refrigerated.

Preparation:

Add water to a 2-quart stockpot. Heat water to boiling, insert vacuum sealed bag in boiling water and heat for 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
