Sable's smoked salmon is exquisite and different from any smoked salmon I've ever had before. It's very thinly sliced - almost like sushi. And the flavor is subtle and sublime. Enjoying the sampler with friends and family is an adventure that will everyone will enjoy. My favorite is the Scottish; it's very lightly smoked and just delicious. The Norweigian (what most folks are typically used to) is much lighter than what you'd normally see. And the Gravlax is to die for. Have this with cream cheese, creme fraiche, capers, onions, and bagels for the greatest breakfast or hors d'oeuvres ever!

Probably the best salmon I've had. Can't find this quality in my local deli. Will always order Sable's for all my salmon needs!

Storage & Care:

Refrigerate your smoked fish and seafood salads upon receipt. Smoked fish should be consumed within 7 days. For the freshest flavor, enjoy within 3 to 4 days.Seafood salads will be fresh for consumption for 3 to 4 days after receipt. We strongly discourage freezing the smoked fish and seafood salads. Bagels should be enjoyed within 24 hours, or stored in the freezer upon receipt. Bagels are best when sliced in half and lightly toasted, or warmed whole in the oven.
